Some items on Go Wise may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how you can manage, modify, or cancel these types of orders.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
- Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You may opt out of auto-renewal at any time.
- You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link found in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase an item not currently in stock or scheduled for future release.
- We may collect either no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at the time of pre-order. Payment methods are stored securely.
- Once the item becomes available, your order will be fulfilled and your card will be charged for any outstanding balance.
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If a product is offered as a "try before you buy" item, details about the trial period, billing timeline, and return procedures will be clearly stated on the product page and during checkout.
